This light and healthy yogurt parfait is ideal for breakfast or as a snack. Sweet strawberries and juicy mangoes with creamy yogurt are simply delicious.
Instructions: Puree the sliced strawberries in a blender until smooth. Combine the diced mangoes and pureed strawberries in a small bowl. Separately, combine the plain yoghurt and honey. Divide the yoghurt mixture among serving dishes. Serve the strawberry and mango mixture on top of each bowl. Serve and have fun.
