Summary:

Tis I, the person who talked about roaming charges.

Upon further research I think it might only be an EEA (European Economic Area) thing?

(Admittedly I knew that might be the case even when I send the ask. But 1. idk where you live and 2. thought it better to Warn Immediately)

Basically if you leave your country you get international roaming charges right? Which are usually crazy expensive. Except within the EEA you have roam like at home which means you pay domestic prices. No upcharge! Yay!

Unless you are on a plane or boat.

Which is how people end up with 1000€ bills without even using their phone on the plane 🙃

EU law is fun. (I mean there ARE safeguards but charges like that still happens Very Occasionally.)

And yes. Roam like at home is Actually what it's called. Like officially.

i dont remember much of anything, the big moments are pages in a story book; a picture or two. the small ones are flooded with my own thoughts. i cannot experience without living in my own head and in that the moments are totally lost on me. i cant remember what i said, or did or was thinking in the moment except for my conclusion, a final line to a novel. and even then only the good ones stick, the rest go in a pile of recall which takes situation, inspiration and someone important enough to bring them up again.

away from my mind to survive

still fantasy, completely ideal.
