Star Baby has a huge backlog of clothes & toys & more to share with you, but I just had to post this set of planet blocks from Uncle Goose he recently received as a gift because they make my Pedantic Astronomer heart happy!
Each block is jam-packed with information about the planet: simple yet decently detailed image, position in order from the Sun, planetary symbol, distance from the Sun in AU, diameter in miles, even the number of moons! The nine blocks include Pluto, but it is clearly described as “a bonus dwarf planet“, with its heart and everything!
Plus they are soothing colors and solid yet smooth - really they could be at home on a desk as well as in a toy bin - hopefully Star Baby will share with me!
