I just graduated from RPI this past weekend with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and this was my graduation cap. I worked hard on this and am really happy with how it came out. The gears are 3D printed and the switch to turn it on was in my palm so the wiring went down my arm. Again I think this is pretty cool, I designed it myself.

Finally got this Clockspring phone stand design to print properly. Printed with a fresh 0.4 mm Micro Swiss nozzle in 3D Fuel fire engine red pro PLA on the Qidi X-Max. There were hardly any boogers, and no discernible stringing. All the gears and hinges worked perfectly right off the build plate!

Krissy was so impressed, she is looking to get more of this 3D Fuel filament. She also loves the stand because it fits her phone even with the pop socket attached.
