Planks With Purpose Day 4: Plank With a Row Begin in plank position. Make sure to keep your core tight and your back straight, so to avoid injury. Hold one weight under your right hand, and begin rowing for 30 seconds. Move the weight over to the left side, and row for 30 seconds on the left side. Do your best not to tilt your hips to the side, but hold your core tight and facing down to the ground. Also, make sure to select a weight that will cause resistance but not strain. Going too light or too heavy will not do you any good. If you need to modify, drop your knees to the floor. 🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹 Scripture focus: "The Lord will do all this for my sake. Your faithful love lasts forever, Lord! Don't let go of what your hands have made." ~Psalm 138:8 🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹 If there is one thing I have learned in my relationship with God, it's that He is for we faithful. His Word is true, and He fulfills His promises. Even in the most trying circumstances, He never leaves us or forsakes us. He doesn't give up on us, and His love for us is everlasting. I don't know what you may be facing right now, but I want to encourage you to NOT give up. God will fulfill His promises, and He is forever faithful. 🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹 Check out my post from Day 1 for the details on this week's #plankswithpurpose!
