To-do list #1: Exercise more
One down. Actually, we just started. We are really serious about the things in our to-do list. That why we started to do them one by one. Although I’ve already started working out on my own, however this list is specifically for both of us. So me working out doesn’t really count. ^__^
This morning, we woke up a bit early so we could start jogging before sunrise. We put our jogging outfits on, brought some food, drinks, towels and a good mix of music plus earphones.
The sunrise was really cool. Very inspiring.
We went to the Luneta Park, the place is really conducive for exercising. We started jogging about 5:45 in the morning. Doing squats and crunches in between jogging. We did the rounds over and over for about an hour and a half.
First time to use my new running shoes. And I love the color, Pink and black. Very comfy and I love jogging with them shoes.
We went to Jollibee right after. We ate breakfast and changed clothes before we headed home. We both felt really really good.
This actually a good start. I know we would get good results from here.
