Only terrible people steal plants from others. Every plant person I’ve ever met has been happy to share/swap cuttings/plants/fruit/etc upon being asked. There’s NO reason to steal from someone’s front yard, or help yourself to their tomatoes, or take their flowers!

Just ask nicely!
