Omelet hash brown with mustard, salsa, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, carrots, & celery. Thanks to @potatostrong for the idea. Yesterday marks 4 weeks on a plant based diet. And I also hit a milestone I am under 240 weighed in at 235lbs haven't been that light since my freshman year of high school. Today marks a full week caffeine free. Hadn't had coke or coffee since I started this but was still drinking a lot of unsweet tea. Zero now all I've been drinking is water and water with veggies and fruit. It's made a huge difference. The next big think is no salt.
