My landlord might be killing my plants

Recently I’ve notice all of my pants look odd. At first I thought it was my neighbor’s kids yanking some of the leafs from my trees. But I never seen them at all considering I sit at a window where I can see my plants.

Today I was watering them and I notice, that three of my trees have been tampered, one is cut in half, one has leafs that are spotty and dying, the other is missing fruit it should have. But ALL have big chunks missing, and are tilted to the side if pulled.

Its not kids because if it was, they would have fallen on them and injured them. This look like a grown adult did it.

And it’s not my neighbors, they always ask me or my mother and we always give them a big hand full or they take a few leafs at a time. And we never have dealt with holes and/or chunks.

I so have herbs my family has been growing for three generations, its used to help constipation, fever, cough, and chest pain. It can be used as a tea or as a extra ingredient for soup.

I’ve been growing that herb with my mother and not even a three days ago it was blooming and overflowing from its pot, and today their are huge chunks and holes all over. My mother grows her own cactus to eat and we had a fresh batch that grew and now all of them have been cut and taken. The cuts on the cactus look fresh. What’s worse, if that I grew and nurtured sunflowers from a seed package, and the recently blossomed but now they are all dying the leaves have dried up and at least two have been snapped. I’m really upset and my mother is pissed, we pay a bit extra to have a corner as a garden, and he recently made us get rid of some extra plants. We never get more plants because half of ones we own grow fruit or are used for eating/cooking. And yet this year we haven’t even harvested anything because they are always gone. Like how?? I had peaches that were ready to harvest disappear right after my landlord would come and cut the lawn. My parents cut the lawn next to the garden so he won’t deal with that space but still, he mows over it and the grass is dry, almost dirt at the moment. My mom also believes my upstairs neighbor is the cause considering My mother doesn’t get alone with the lady upstairs, and I don’t get along with her kids after I caught one ripping branches and peeping into my room. And that my landlord favors them even though they have their own plants that they always throw their trash and dirty water downstairs at times dumping it at kids or me and not apologizing. I don’t want my plants to die, I’ve been taking care of them since I was a kid, some are my grandmother’s that I love.
