I don't think we're going to see Operetta in The Forgotten Battle of the Bands despite the use of the term Phantom, purely because I feel like something about her would've leaked by now if she'd been designed for g3 yet. I mean, her only appearance in g3 so far was still her g1 design...

It's definitely a much more realistic prediction than the people who believe one of these guys is g3 Valentine, though, lmao.

Now that it's been confirmed we're getting g3 Elissabat, I'd like to voice my one hope for her. I've seen some amazing fan designs that go in all sorts of directions design-wise, so I ultimately just want one thing from her.

Give her actual glasses that don't just exist for a cheap "LOL she used to be UGLY!!!" gag. Mattel you have let me down horribly with Clawdeen's releases (with "having her glasses" and "being cute" seemingly being mutually exclusive, and them being abandoned entirely in her latest core release >:/), redeem yourself through Elissabat, I'm begging you. She has such potential to look cute and/or slay with them.

Oh yeah, I caved and bought the Kirby Licca-Chan doll, and she is just so precious! Pretty different from the dolls I tend to collect, but she scratches an itch I didn't even know I had. Definitely see more Liccas in my future...

Can't lie, I'm kind of disappointed that there's no brand new MH character this year... I guess it could technically happen later, but I don't know. I know they're divisive, but after Corazón I was looking forward to what other brand new monsters they might do.
