I remember bringing my stems to Spike to mix. I felt like such a hack, and he just didn't care; he had no ego about it, and just cared about the songs. "It's your fuckin record" he always said. I loved that. There's no room for ego with this. Took me a long time to learn that. On August 4th - the day we play @lollapalooza - 'Plastic Soul' will be released.
