This artist exhibited in LCGA #limerickcitygallery in 2019 where I viewed the 'Plastic vanitas' exhibit and 'Sediment'. She uses a series of photography images to display a number of well gathered used plastic items thrown away in bins.
I was interested in how she used staging and lighting with the well chosen framing of the images to display the work. The framing needs to be perfect as it could throw the entire effect off balance.
her photographs reflect still life paintings from flanders and the Netherlands style of painting and it is at first glance a mistake easily made to think they are still lifes.
