"He's just... easy to talk to. He's a really frank person, so I can chat with him for hours like we're just friends without that getting in the way of my job, y'know? It's nice to work with someone who's so open to communication, makes things a lot more convenient."

"Sometimes he's too lenient, like a kindergarten teacher. I suppose it's good to be nice to everyone and let them figure things out at their own pace, but if you coddle everyone all the time and make sure they're always comfortable how are they supposed to grow?"
