Ok so Plateus are normal.

However you spell it. Spoke to my consultant, who's a lovely lady and she tells me that sometimes your weight does stay the same....but inches can be lost.. However I have been munching Im so disappointed with myself Getting my products tomorrow And yeah, once again gonna start over with my products and my meals! Anyone else who needs support (as I definately do) follow and Ill follow back! ^ω^

Decided to go back to step 1 of the cwp. I've become too inconsiderate about what I eat. Comfort eating due to some issues Eh...oh well gotta get off this plataeu
