Despres, Kuemper, Giroux, and Marchand

Despres: A player I legitimately know nothing about.  How should I feel about him, guys? Wait, wait, he scored his first playoff goal against Crow so obviously I can’t like him very much until the season is over.

Kuemper: I think he’s freakin’ adorable.  Isn’t he also called Milkman? Because that is darn cute.

Giroux: I want to hate him so bad but I can’t.  Like, not at all.  I have a serious problem for problematic Giroux.  I’m trash, I’m sorry.

Marchand: Get him away from me, please.

Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin, Jamie Benn, John Klingberg, & Alex Ovechkin

Crosby: I think he’s just too good and gets a lot of unwarranted flack for whatever reason (probably because of his skill, can we at least admit that).  I also can’t deal with his collection of crocs.  

Malkin: I’d probably let him punch me in the face, provided he smiled like a fool while he did it.

Klingberg: I still can’t believe that he was drafted 131st.  I’ve got really high hopes for this kidlet.

Ovechkin: Just when I think I can’t like the dude more, we hear about some other charitable thing he’s pulling off and trying not to take credit for it.  I really appreciate that about him.

jamie benn, ryan getzlaf, and phil kessel!

Benn: He’s one of my favorite players to watch; it’s not often that you see a forward really throwing his weight around and scoring on the same shift, but Jamie’s got that quality about him.  He also needs to stop with his hair and his tattoos.

Getzlaf: I just want to get that guy some rogaine.  I’m sorry, Getzy.

Kessel: I’m just impressed that he hasn’t murdered most members of the Toronto media, honestly.

Hawks prospect edition: Anthony Louis or John Hayden?

I love all of the baby Hawks so much.  Let’s go with John Hayden here, because he’s been way too adorable at World Juniors.  Also, how much do I love that both Louis and Hayden are from Illinois? So much, okay.
