Figured it was about time I started posting here This is Avery, my UTDR pacifist player OC. On the outside, she’s very cheerful, silly, and comforting. Maybe even ‘perfect’. But in reality, she struggles with low empathy, religious guilt, abandonment issues, and martyr/savior complexes. After an incident involving her father changed her family forever, Avery was left with a sibling who either locks themself in their room all day or only leaves the house to hang out with bad crowds, and a mother who doesn’t know how to care for either of them, Avery became desperate to find love in those who wouldn’t give it. Whether that was in romantic partners, God’s love, or the gratitude of game characters. Something that all came to a head when playing Deltarune. They want to pretend they’d let Kris free if they had a choice, but in reality, they won’t let themself leave until they’ve ‘fixed’ Kris’s life and made sure they and their friends like and forgive them. They think they HAVE to save and be loved by as many people as possible. Finding out she’s the Angel of the prophecy only served to worsen her complexes.
