Good morning y'all! I'm feeling especially chipper today so I'm showing you pics of what I worked in yesterday. As you know I'm redoing our master bedroom and because my budget is small I'm having to do some #thrifting, and a lot of #DIYing. These are out #nightstands and I'm #painting them with a #copper #metallic glaze. I bought these at our local #thrift store about 3 years ago, sanded them down, and had started #painting one of them. I'll show pics of it later before I start on it but it's #purple, #turquoise and #black. I had a different #color #theme back then. These nightstands are solid #wood and sturdy as hell; they were made very well. They have some gouges and scratches in them, and I didn't use wood putty or whatever that stuff is to fill in the holes. That's ok because I'm not going for a perfect, glossy look. I like things that look aged so I'm hoping it'll work.
