#diverse #youth #club #playscheme (at London, United Kingdom)
This year's Playscheme has been re-imagined! 25 - 29 July | 01 - 05 August | 08 - 12 August
Arts and Crafts, Games, Music and more are on as usual, but now families can join in as well. While the mornings are still for children only, parents and siblings under 12 are invited to join for a free lunch and an activity for the whole family in the afternoon, if they wish of course!
To be able to attend children and families should meet two of the following criteria:
Children aged 5-8 (or about to start P1 in August)
Receiving free school meals
Single parent household
Receiving support from Children or Family Agency
For more information on the referral process and for any help, contact Victoria at: [email protected] | 07754 475923 | 0131 553 7877
Referrals for the Summer Playscheme are open until the 23rd of May. You can download a referral form on our website.
Trial
Interview trial went really well, we made little origami pirate ships so it was very lucky I only had six kids. The first attempt epicly failed and I even did mine wrong so after the second attempt we all succeeded! The children enjoyed it and the lady observing me seemed to enjoy it and said that she should give me the job and that I was a perfect teacher. That made my day :)
Playscheme trial
Wish me luck tomorrow! I have a trial at playscheme with a group of 6 years olds making origami pirate ships and paper plate pirate masks. Organisational chaos? Probably..
Last two days of the play scheme in West Cross coming up. We have had a fabulous time so far with activities from painting, clay sculpture, stained glass, cooking bread, pasties, curry, spaghetti, pesto, salsa, playing hockey, parachute games, football, dressing up, making jewelry and much much more!!!! Join in the fun if you can..........10am to 12pm, Linden Church, Elm Grove Road, West Cross.
