I once read a fic where one character got a concussion and the other character let them FALL ASLEEP and they were fine (and fucked) upon waking. My brain did the nails on the chalkboard sound.

I had to buy a new mattress because my back was killing me and I felt my soul die a bit with every penny spent.
I did that almost a year ago now? I had a mattress that was uh, shamefully old, and my sleep was just getting worse and worse until i woke up one day with a backache so bad I called into work. I have a nice memory foam mattress now, (not a casper unfortunately) but my newest enemy is my pillow.

have you tried to use a blue light blocker? My boyfriend had difficulty sleeping until he started wearing those glasses that block em out.
