I was standing in the area for the hotel shuttles at Federal Circle outside of JFK airport. Right after I took this picture a man walked up to me and started a conversation. He asked me why I was standing right there and I said I was trying to feel the warmth from the sun while I was waiting on my shuttle to show up because it was too windy and cold on the benches. He preceded to tell me that there wasn't any warm place in this cold weather and that it was his first time in New York. He is from Nigeria and had never seen snow before, he bought his winter coat he had on in Dubai with his wife who told him that he would need it when he came to America. I told him I was from Georgia and hardly ever get to see snow but thrilled to be here standing in a foot of it. #pleasantstranger #tourist #nofilter #wisewives (at AirTrain JFK - Federal Circle)
