It’s possible Emmet and Ingo could have picked up sign language to either better help deaf passengers or if there’s situations where Ingo’s hollering isn’t feasible. Granted, it’s probably much harder to pull off with a few fingers missing, but Ingo’s a smart cookie. I bet he can figure out enough gestures to still communicate something.

He has exactly 2 “fingers” on each hand. I think that would leave only the broader gestures for him to use.

I don’t know enough sign to say for sure, but I think most require a lot of finger positioning to communicate, so only having 2 would be a HUGE hindrance.

Future of the Blog

Greetings all!

I have been reflecting on the blog and what I can do with it all. Incorrect Quotes are fun and endless and  have no intention of stopping them, never fear on that account!

There are several new things I can begin adding to your usual quote dose, I can create visual memes and gags, write headcanons about the characters or write little mini drabbbles and ficlets. Art...is not my strong suit I’m afraid so none of that!

You blatantly IGNORE the fact that the doctor clearly was refering to Sex. Apparently sex doesn't exist. The term Male and Female originally only meant sex, Gender is a RECENT concept relatively speaking. In fact, gender is completely imaginary.

Gender is a social construct, but that doesn't mean it's imaginary. It's a real thing that affects everyone, it just doesn't have a basis in physical reality.

Biological sex is also a social construct when applied to humans, because if you think about it there isn't a good way to biologically define 'male' and 'female' because intersex people exist and there's a ton a variation among physical/hormonal/chromosomal phenotypes. But I feel like that's not an argument that's going to go over all that well in this space. 

(Also I'm by no means an authority on any of this stuff being cis and not intersex)
