Dear Tumblr @support:
I see from my google search that your unhelpful pop-up screen when I try to screenshot a post is 1) something you've been rolling out slowly over many months and 2) widely reviled.
If I want to share a post with someone who is already on Tumblr, I will simply tag them on a reblog, not send them a screenshot.
And for the people off of Tumblr with whom I *do* wish to share the screenshot, I want to send a cropped version that shows just the post and who posted it, not the stray bits of surrounding posts also visible on screen or the notification bar at the top of the screen showing how much battery is left on my phone.
Even worse than being completely useless, your pop-up "share" screen also prevents me from scrolling down to extend the screenshot for posts that are longer than a single screen!
Please make the pop-up screen *at least* an optional thing (in case there's anyone who actually does like it) or just scrap it entirely 🙏
