Today was a very...frustrating day...and I honestly doubt know what I would have done without @artluckwoman and @hippiegnome trying to help me keep my spirits up. I feel like I make some identifiable yet still unique things that people would like. I leaned away from the geeky stuff for this. I was there from 7am until 6pm, and we didn't sell anything until Hippie Gnome changed the price on some of her beautiful work. I heard people say all day to their friends, about my leather earrings, "I've been looking for something like this" and then proceed to walk on. I didn't think $10 for a pair of beautiful, rainbow earrings was an overwhelming price when you, yourself have hand cut every single piece of leather & put them together with wire and jumprings. Hand punch the cards, put in the time and the work. I was very disheartened until a very sweet little girl spent her only $20 on two necklaces that @hippiegnome made, because she couldn't decide, and it made my heart melt.
