TAYLOR
Hi. So today in Philosophy class, Mr. Bright asked us to respond to a prompt, like he usually does. Here’s what I wrote (and later, read aloud to the class):
I hope my penmanship is legible.
I sense a profile pic change coming soon...
~My TS7 Theories~
I think I figured something out! Remember when Taylor was posting pictures of people who voted? And she was drawing stars? Well, you could say she was being patriotic, but in some cases, she drew 7 stars. She also drew dots.
But what does all this mean, you ask?
Well, there’s starfish in the oceans (and mermaids), and there are star constellations in the sky. No matter where we are in the world, we can rely on Taylor. We’re her stars!!! And of course, the dots are pearls in shells.
And, she’s our mermaid. She rules the ocean of music she makes for us. There are also seagulls close to the ocean, and beaches with islands and wine, so I would like to see how she stirs all that in, blending it into some exotic cocktail of salty sea surprise.
But don’t forget; Taylor is the biggest superstar out there, like Starlight. And because she’s our everchanging mermaid, she’s here to swim with us despite any storms. There will always be water - maybe polluted - but we’ll never drown when Taylor’s around. We’ll always find ways to float back up, despite the mischievous sharks swirling around us, despite any crap we get from crabs. We’ll always be as colourful as coral.
*waves*
Ok bye.
I can’t believe this
My teachers’ family loves Taylor and I had no idea for almost two whole years!!!
I have decided that a good way to check someone’s character is asking if they like Taylor Swift - this is what Mr. Bright does. I’ve been in 4 of his classes and I can confirm this with 103% certainty.
Mrs. Bright loves Game of Thrones and so, I told her KOMH was inspired by GoT and she nearly flipped out! We talked about polaroids, Reputation... She told me her family watched the “tour thing” on Netflix!!!
And their daughter danced to “Bad Blood” at school last year.
I can’t believe this.
This is the perfect family.
Isn’t it?
WHY DID NOBODY EVER TELL ME ABOUT THIS???
Help. I’m hyper, running on 4 hours of sleep and it’s midnight now. Taylor I thought we agreed you wanted my midnights
OMG GUYS I THINK
I figured it out! I think!!
In I Knew You Were Trouble, Taylor said these words:
“No apologies He'll never see you cry Pretend he doesn't know That he's the reason why You're drowning, you're drowning, you're drowning”
And in Gorgeous:
“Ocean blue eyes looking in mine I feel like I might sink and drown and die”
What’s common? Drowning. What’s more is that she mentions the ocean and sinking in the more recent song - Gorgeous.
Do you understand what this could mean?
WE ARE ABOUT TO SEE ANOTHER GORGEOUS GLOW-UP, THIS TIME INTO A MERMAID WUDYCBWKCBC AHAHHHH
HERE’S THE THING: There has always been the motif of water and weather in Taylor’s lyrics. Can you find more??
