Accents
I think some people with accents should really speak slowly when you are not in your native land cause it is really very hard for people to understand you. Or better still just type an email instead of calling.
A simple request can be done in less than 1 min becomes a 15 min conversation trying to understand what was the bloody request about.
Please kindly do yourselves a favor and just type an email or text as long as there is no verbal conversation going on.
