mutuals, ive tried like 5 different ways on how to get this playlist to work for everyone but i just Dont know how man TT

so i got 2 options:

give in and use a spotify playlist (I HAT ESPOTIFY WITH A PASSION but ill do it for you guys)

Anyone else take the phrase “It goes both ways” VERY seriously. No I don’t just mean stuff like “oh yeah he did the bare minimum, ofc you need to do it back!!!” “omg he gave me this cute big gift i need to give smth back too!!” I’m talking about full on keeping score of how many times i’ve interacted with a certain person and what i did during it, how much i ranted and how much they have, the amount of vents and what it was about, how many times have i asked for a small favor, how much they have done the same, how many times have I tried comforting them and succeeded, how many they did, etc. All of that. Every single little thing, even if it’s JUST listening.

I need to keep score so I don’t owe anyone anything. I don’t care if people owe me but I hate owing others. I hate taking too much than I should, I hate being indebted to another, I hate not offering enough. That’s why the moment I figure I’m not able to provide something, I immediately stop seeking for them too. I’m not allowed to ask for favors unless I’ve already given them beforehand. If I haven’t been able to successfully to help you, you should not be able to help me either.

That’s precisely why I do not go to others for comfort, besides the fact I also find it useless doing so
