what could've been

god ezrA had so much potential to be an impressive, shocking reveal that wasn't safe, but one that fans would remember. people would actually be surprised and it would make sense too! i mean, who stalks 5 teenagers for years, builds lairs, uses and buys high-tech equipment just for a book?! really? ik marlene wanted to please the shippers but c'mon, EZRA IS A FREAKING PREDATOR!!! he does not deserve a happy ending! also, remember how everyone was mad at ezra for stalking them but then he told them ms. d could be a, which THEY ALREADY SUSPECTED, and he was completely off the hook, no questions asked. he could've had such a great backstory, he was working for Charlotte all along and once he found out the girls were onto him he wrote the book as a way out so nobody would suspect him of being A. after Charlotte died he was a mess, he was in love w her, Aria was just his way into the girls heads, (that's how A.D. always knows what's up). it would've been soooo perfect. they could've made the first hour of the finale into 20 minutes and then had Mona figure out about ezrA. nobody would believe her, but then spencer could've figured it out too and everyone knows. aria then has to pretend to ezrA she doesn't know who he is before they all corner him and he gives his backstory. he was in love with aria until he found Charlotte. she told him lies about the plls to make him hate them. he fell in love w Charlotte and helped her out. then Elliot comes along and charms her, they fall in love, so he kills Charlotte out of rage and depression. he then needs the liars to find someone to blame to save his own ass. ik there are probably tons of holes and problems with this theory, but it's just me rambling about what could've been. *sigh* what did you say? alex drake? who's she? never heard of her? do you mean alex santiago? ezrA fitzgeralD is the true big bad in my world.

Imagine how cool would have been if, deep in the dollhouse, we found out that Cece really is Bethany’s TWIN sister. Ali could have been planning her ‘death’ like we all suspected. She befriended Cece because they looked alike, to take her place underground. But Bethany found out and tried to stop her, only to get herself killed by Mona. And Cece did what she said in 6x10. She tortured these four girls to get Alison out of hiding, since she couldn’t find her herself.
