Calling All PLL Fans: Do you want answers?

So, as some of you may know, the indiegogo campaign for the short film I’ve written and produced “Forward” went live Friday morning! We’re already 1/5 of the way funded and we need your help to raise the rest!!

I took some time and wondered to myself, what could I do to help raise funds for the film- while also involving the people who helped me get here in the first place.

And then, I had an idea.

How would you like an alternate version of the PLL Finale?

That’s right. A series finale that connects every missing piece, fixes every plot hole, gives happy endings each character deserved, and hopefully gives you the A reveal you always wanted. 

PLL Fans, I have a proposition for you. If we raise the full $5000, I will write and release an alternate series finale for PLL and put it online for all to see and read.

 Synopsis: “Forward” portrays a moment in the life of Parker and Taylor, a perfectionist soccer captain and her supportive teammate, as they engage in an emotional and physical 1v1 match.  As they go head-to-head on the field, their match embodies Parker's underlying struggle with internalized homophobia and Taylor’s desire to help Parker open up.

Lucas and Charles

So since Charles and Lucas were best friends that means that Charles was 12 and Lucas would've been 5 and if Charles was 10 then Lucas would've been 3. And they were both at the camp together. Also what was the purpose of the comic book?

Things that still don't make sense

- The Board Game meant literally nothing - The secret underground passage wasn't used to kill Charlotte - How Mona got Mary and Alex to another country - Bethany Young - NAT - The first 6 seasons - Why Wren introduced Alex to CeCe and not Spencer - Why Wren DIED - Spoby - Why there was a need for that final scene - Addison - Why Lucas was tap dancing - Blind girl on a horse. Smart - Jenna having no part in the final twist - Everyone just wanting CeCes money - Sara Harvey - Wren visiting Mona... flashback? Confused - Mona's dollhouse. Did she help CeCe with the S5 Dollhouse? "Tea Time" - Sidney Driscoll - Melissa's existence in the finale - Jason DiLaurentis' non existence in the finale - Jason not knowing he has 4 sisters now. Out of those one dead and one missing & a sociopath. - Why Ezra was kidnapped? If Alex loved Aria that much why try to ruin her wedding day? - Why CeCe loved Alex but only seen Spencer as her "doll" - Why CeCe loved Alison and not Spencer KEEP ADDING IM SURE THERES MORE!

Final thoughts on PLL

-as a woman who's going through infertility issues and is probably barren, I did not appreciate the writers shoving in this topic at the last minute for literally no reason. It added absolutely nothing to the storyline or character development. -as an avid Wren-is-A theorist I'm extremely disappointed with the attempt at resolving and explaining his character, and I flatly reject it. -as unpopular as it might be, I have always been a strong Crazy-Mona supporter, and I'm actually really glad her story ended the way it did. I've thought all along the best thing for her would be to move away and start her own life, free and clear of the Liars, for both their sakes. She will never be trustworthy, or sane for that matter, and it's about time she just embrace it. (I feel okay saying this about a fictional character, obviously wouldn't recommend in real life) -This reveal was worse than Charlotte's. At the time, I at least felt bad for Charlotte, even though I didn't like the storyline. I feel nothing for Alex, and I still don't like the storyline. What I don't like, at the core, are the constant changes. Charlotte going from a Dilaurentis to a Drake to a Wilson; from the core of the story being all about Alison to all about Spencer; one surprise set of good/evil twins, to another; Haleb to Spaleb and back to Haleb; from the Liars being the main characters in a plot against them to being irrelevant and just guilty by association....and from there being a practical cause-and-effect reason (Ali bullying Mona) to an unfortunately dysfunctional family. If CeCe and Alex had just popped up and asked to be in Spencer's life, you know what she would have said? "YES, PLEASE." -the sheer amount of pointless storylines and wasted opportunities in this show...dear god. NAT Club, Noel Kahn, Jenna Marshall, Melissa Hastings, Wren Kingston, Eddie Lamb...just wasted. -to add to that^, the amount of LOOSE ENDS in this show?? Who was Jason hiding in his house in S2? What did the NAT club have on Ali's family? Was Mona paying Ian Thomas for NAT club videos? Was Wilden Ali's "beach hottie" or not? Nothing else about Bethany Young? Nothing else about Lucas + Charles friendship? Who the hell was trying to throw Aria off the Halloween train and why?? I could go on, probably for years. -not to mention^^ the COINCIDENCES that apparently ARE in Rosewood!!! "Bethany picked the wrong night to wear Ali's top"? REALLY?!?? -the only other thing I'm mostly happy with is Emison. Emily Catherine Fields DESERVED that proposal from Ali, and I'm so glad she got it. Not at all happy about the EmiWren? Wrenily? babies, but what-the-fuck-ever. FINAL THOUGHT: What the show amounted to, from S3 on, was secret evil twins sleeping around and acting like sociopaths. S5 onward basically hinged on the fact that a crazy CeCe happened to come across an equally crazy dude ("Archer Dunhill") and discover an equally crazy sister (Alex Drake), both with the signature A.D. initials. Fuck this show, fuck Charlotte and Alex Drake, and fuck I. Marlene King. See ya around guys, it's been real shitty.

I'm sorry

But Mona killing Charlotte just can't be it right? Charlotte was pushed off the bell tower, did we see that? No. Someone positioned her down there with the flower, did we see that? No. She was confirmed to be hit in the head by some metal rod (from Melissa's suitcase?), did we see that? No. What on earth in this episode confirms that Mona actually did it? We haven't seen half of what happened. If this was it then I'm really disappointed.

OKAY FINE

It’s okay that wren wasn’t ad. it’s okay that he was basically the one who fulled ad’s fire. it’s okay that ad is twincer. it’s okay that she was obsessed with spencer and her “perfect life” but it was NOT okay that she killed wren and didn’t even said when, where or how. it was NOT okay to not connect things back with earlier seasons. it was NOT okay they didn’t even tried to tie the current storyline with the one who was supposed to be the original (ali’s dissapearence)it was NOT okay that they said that “AD has been since the beggining”,and that was watching and manipulating, if there was no fucking link to s1. like, why say uber a took over since charlotte’s dead but “has always been there”if it wasn’t true? why lie to your fans like that. why making us think that ad was  always giving instructions to original a, and big a. why made 3 A’s a thing when they were never really connected by a big and twisted motive(by alison being a bitch for example) idk if you all get me but, why... make... this...such a big thing...if it was never meant to go back to s1 etc? yes. i’m angry that ad wasn’t wren, but i’m kinda pleased by the role he did. even if he was just the little bitch of alex doing everything out of love. i appreciate that. 

BUT WHY LIE TO THE FANS saying it all goes back to the start. i think the saddest part about this is that this fucking serie started bc of the dissapearence of ali and eventually lost their way that lead us to this. lead us to 5 seasons of unaswered questions about the original storyline and basically just did another whole show forgetting about the real thing it was supposed to be. i mean there was SO MUCH POTENTIAL to fix cece’s reveals plotholes if they just had’d planned everything with anticipation. 4 example they could’ve told that Alex has been always there. that she made mona A, led her to cece becoming big A, bethany, sara, ali’s dissapearance etc.. they could’d connected most of the important things without changing her life story. it’s the lack of creativity that was NOT okay with this finale. the lack of answers they promised us. “reveals almost every week” bullshit lol. we will never know the things that matter and its too late now. this is why i’m mad, not just bc it was wren and EVEN if he were ad or someone else, i just wanted answers of everything and wanted ad’s motive to lead to the very beggining.

Marlene and the others will never understand that we are unpleased bc they promised real answers and they gave us nothing for the last 7 years (and for me the last 3 i started watching in 2014) 

We just wanted answers more than AD’s identity.
