So back in the dollhouse was this. So Cece/Charlotte possibly knew about Jessica and Mary, because it seems like these photos are older style photos from when the Drake twins were born? All I can see at the top is Mr. & Mrs. And where the names are written the first letter for the baby on the left looks like a J and the first letter on the right for the baby name looks like an R ?
Actually scratch that! I just noticed these are twin boys! The writing says In the Birth of a son (under both baby photos) 😱😱. But still Charles/Charlotte is not the twin unless he really was born under a different name.
