Przedmiotem projektu jest budynek biurowy z centrum konferencyjnym i zespołem gastronomicznym, mieszczący się przy ulicy Świdnickiej we Wrocławiu. Obiekt ten poza całą potrzebną infrastrukturą, zapleczem i pomieszczeniami towarzyszącymi powierzchni biurowej mieści restauracje na 60 miejsc o powierzchni 120m², salę klubową oraz sale konferencyjną przewidzianą na 300 miejsc o powierzchni 320m². Sam budynek ma spełniać także rolę zamknięcia kwartału przy ulicy Świdnickiej i Kazimierza Wielkiego, przez uzupełnienie urbanistycznie w linii zabudowy obowiązującej w planie zagospodarowania przestrzennego. Biurowiec przez swoje usytuowanie ma reprezentacyjny charakter i ma byś jednym elementem z większego założenia tworzącego nowe kulturalno-usługowe centrum Wrocławia.
Design of an office building with an adaptation of the historic "Modehaus" Shopping Centre at Świdnicka Street in Wrocław
The subject of the project is an office building with a conference centre and catering team, located at Świdnicka Street in Wrocław. Apart from all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and rooms accompanying the office space, the building houses 60 restaurants with an area of 120m², a club room and a conference room for 300 seats with an area of 320m². The building itself is also to serve the purpose of closing the quarter at Świdnicka and Kazimierza Wielkiego Streets, by supplementing the urban planning in the line of the development plan. Due to its location, the office building has a representative character and would be one of the elements of a larger assumption creating a new cultural and service centre of Wrocław.
