The apartment is located in a renovated block in a neighbourhood that’s perfect for young graduates. The residence consists of a small but completely equipped kitchen, living area with cable TV, two single-bed bedrooms and a shared bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The complex has a laundry facility on the first floor and a possibility to store a bike. The complex is pet friendly (the current tenant has a young kitten). Utilities (heating, water, electricity, cable, Internet,…) are estimated on ₩100,000 and will be shared.
The current tenant is a 26-year-old male, who works during the day and spends his free time doing voluntary work. This means you will often have the entire apartment for you alone. As mentioned before, there’s also a young cat but she’s a little ball of fur, nothing to be scared of.
What are we expecting from you? First of all, we are looking for a young man who is fully employed so he can pay his rent and bills on time. Moreover, we need someone who is responsible and shares in the household shores. Finally, we hope you are a calm and agreeable person who gets along well with the current tenant.
