There have been whispers around town recently, the Night World is becoming restless and talk of a revolution is more prominent among the liberal after the execution of the rebel shapeshifter group responsible for the July Fourth Murders. As the higher tier vampires and witches sit comfortable in their governing, a circle, thought extinct after the persecution of witches during the Burning Times, are rumoured to have returned to New Orleans. Circle Daybreak was the third original circle of witches, made up not only of witches, but of other Night World beings and humans too, and was known for having sought alliance between all kinds.
Led by NPC witch Edigth Stonebrook, Circle Daybreak has returned to New Orleans, but its existence is known by very few. It is your decision on whether your character hears of the new circle at first, but we highly recommend at least to begin with that it is kept within the liberal good. As it is a witch circle, most likely to first hear of it would be the ‘good witches’, and this may then quickly pass on to shapeshifters. Edgith is an NPC and can be referred to by any player, as long as you aren’t dictating too strongly her decisions/actions. It is possible your characters may have interacted with her if you make the decision to join Circle Daybreak.
