I agree with your theories. The only thing I feel the need to add to the subject is this: if they don't give Allison the death she deserves complete with a totally broken Lydia, sobbing Scott, and completely wrecked and unable to function Papa Argent I will rage.
I agree. This needs to break them all and I think it will. It really has to. Nobody of this scale has died yet. This is an original. It has to send shockwaves through everyone.
I think it’ll send Chris off the deep end for sure, probably aligning with those Hispanic/Latino/Mexican hunters. He will probably be drinking. Lydia will be all alone and she’ll probably move closer to Scott and Stiles because they’re all she has left (which will move things on the Stiles/Lydia front). Scott and Isaac will be miserable, too, and I’m sure Allison’s death would also destroy any relationship Scott can have with Kira for the time being, too.
Now that I’ve seen a picture of Tyler Hoechlin sporting his full Derek beard, I’m 100% convinced Allison is going to die and I’m glad, in a way, because it will literally affect everyone.
As for her actual death, in a really dark way, I hope she gets to kill herself. I do believe that if Allison is breaking through the nogistune’s control, she would rather kill herself than have someone she loves do it and have her blood on their hands. She’ll want to spare them any additional guilt and misery. It’ll be a hero’s death (stopping whatever endgame she set in motion) and it’ll totally fit with her character growth.
