it would end up being meis first time in nod-krai , so what better way to introduce her then a treasure hunt for something that might or might not exist ? it gives her a good way to meet new people and explore the region !

life at sea has always been something mei has wondered about , never really getting the chance to jump at something like this until now , she'd definitely be interested in learning the ways , though her expectations of catching the whale on her first voyage ? are fairly low , she's heard legends of how hard those things are to slay .

for better or for worse , Mei currently isn't the type of person to just let someone die if she has the ability to intervene , upon hearing of those in need down in the Chasm , she'd be quick to step up , it wouldn't be the first time she's faced with illusions meant to haunt her and remind her of her past mistakes and those she's lost , so she'd be ready to brave it , seemingly fearlessly . . .
