Garlean Lab Reports?

Right, I’ve been wanting to attempt working on Jacques’ backstory for awhile now. And one major aspect of it that I’ve wanted to do is a sort of ‘Lab Report’ type series in which it details the beginnings of what he’s undergone up until he was deemed a failure and sent to the Praetorium. I honestly wish I could go back into the Resonant chamber area (Where we see Fordola and where we go during one of the SB quests) to get more screenshots to help portray Jac’s story but... whoops too late for that.

Problem is... I am having no idea how to make a proper good look lab report or what information I should include on it. I had ideas to turn something like THIS into something like that but I wouldn’t know fully what to include. If anyone who happens to know more about things like this if you want to pitch in with some ideas or have some thoughts as to what I could include it would be greatly appreciated. Overall what I was considering for a ‘lab report’ of sorts would include things like

Test Subject: Age: Race: Sex: Height: Weight: Subject ID:

Tests Ordered | Results | Observations

Or if Jacques was being subjected to fighting something to deal with the type of experiment done, etc.

I just don’t know how to put it together and whenever I do searches for things like Lab Reports, Experiments, etc. I tend to get school related stuff, which you know hey makes sense it’s just not what I am looking for. I’m thinking of trying to do things with burnt documents, etc. as well but first I need to hammer down all the basic information that I want on these Reports before going to that next step.

Feel free to let me know what things you’d include in such reports or reblog and share with your own ideas! It’ll be greatly appreciated. I’m hoping to at least produce one of these reports (Specifically after Jacques is capture) and have it up sometime soon. If motivation allows for it and my mood improves that is. Trying to think of a tag for it as well... I want to do something ‘creative’ like I see so many other people do with their tags but I’m pretty boring and would likely just call it something like The Lab Reports or something similar lol
