“Piped Up” by Comethazine prod. by ChaseTheMoney (Video by Lonewolf)
The Playboi Carti & Madeintyo comparisons are obvious, I doubt Comethazine himself would deny their influence, but to say he hasn’t added anything to the mix or improved on the formula in anyway, is to lie to yourself. “Piped Up” in particular is a more energetic, slightly darker version of either of the aforementioned artist’s tracks, & that’s a pocket well worth exploring. To take the adlib rap/plug beat style to a larger audience, it’s gonna take a lot less lethargy in one’s flow, & that’s why Comethazine has so much potential.
