#plum jelly

Here is a demonstration of how unreliable the colors in my photos can be. I made some plum jelly recently, and this is the SAME jelly batch in both pics. Other than the foam in the top pic, to the eye the jelly itself is the came color. Same camera, same setting, same lighting....totally different color in the pics.

It's no big deal here, but when it's something I painted or a particularly cool mushroom it can REALLY bug me. I mean, I have never once been able to take a pic of a purple flower that matches the colors in the real world. I take pics wanting to capture what I see, and with some (many) colors it never quite works!

Aren’t these two so sweet? 

Need Fig to age up so we can move Plum, Parsley and Fig out. If Fig gets his requirements quickly enough, I’m gonna try and age down Parsley with a potion. he’s quickly approaching his elder birthday and Plum is still a YA.

These two amuse me. Plum plays a little video games. Suddenly gets up and walks outside to give Parsley a kiss. Then came right back in and played some more video games. Absolutely adorable!

Some one must be pumped to finally age up. She’s up super early. So, why not challenge momma to a hoops competition?
