Being homeless means going around all the community lots you can get your paws on, which thankfully there's plenty of in Evergreen Harbor. Btw I'm using @plumbsz save file so all the lots have been replaced with new ones and they're daosjdwquwrnf perfect.

Well except for the fact that Zara decided to spend her measly 20 simoleons on a darn coffee that is. Even Nanami is disappointed in her.

A new day, new things to find.

Zara: I found 10$, are you happy with me now Sim-god?

No, Zara, no I am not.

?: Are you sure it is a good idea to let this child use such a sofisticated machine?

??: That is a pretty good question... But certainly she knows what she is doing.... right?

Zara: Omgosh, so many buttons and they're like holograms, ooo what does this dooo?

Zara: Breathe in, breathe out, I am one with nature, I am not hungry or homeless or smelly nor is it already Autumn/Fall and rain will start to swamp up my home lot... *breathes*

Mark came around to the lot but Zara seems to still be lingering on her attraction to Simeon. Sorry my friend, it seems you have been friendzoned... 🤷

New addition to the lot, now we don't need to go to the community center each time we want to make some candles to sell 😁

Oh look who else came around, the guy that autonomously friendzoned us! He's still a good friend but this time Zara didn't waste her time pointlessly wooing him.

...And then this happens. The title of this gen according to the rules is "Without a home but not without love"... Well, I think that for Zara at this point it turned out to be "Without a home and DEFINITELY without love" 😬

There are many perks to using the community space to work on candles and fabricate stuff, especially when there are plenty of trolls who prank the toilets, making them break when another sim uses it. I guess it won't be hard to reach level 10 of handiness 😁

Speaking of skills, let's check out the progress for the gen goals:

Find love while homeless - ❌

Name all children after nature - ❌

Must live in a suburban styled tiny home for their entire life. (Micro home for young adulthood - afterwards you may upgrade) - ✅ (for now it's just a bathroom LOL)

Foster a healthy Garden - ✅

Plants everywhere in the house - ❌ (there's no plants in the bathroom sadly)

Have at least 3 tattoos - ✅

Master the Fabrication/Handiness/Wellness skills. - ❌

Have Loves Outdoors/Freegan Traits - ✅

Complete Maker Aspiration - ❌

Be self-employed with the Freelance SIMply Crafted Career - ✅

Rarely wear makeup/Love to dress casually - ✅

There's still a long way to go but at least we're in a good track!

I'mma leave you with a couple photos of the ~beautiful~ micro home of Zara. Since she has to find love while homeless I haven't given her a proper house, but I did give her a bathroom of sorts and sheltered her crops so they grow all year round. I also gave her a market table for her yard sales because I like to torture myself she's only making money from selling stuff there instead of straight through the inventory.

While still at the spice festival I get this pop up, which we can't obviously ignore since my girl needs to find love before she actually has a house.

So I ask her to scope the area....

... Simeon? Really Zara? REALLY?

I mean he's not my cup of tea, at all, I don't find him aesthetically pleasing but hey, if you do then good for you girl!

... After all who am I to deny her love... I guess?

Zara: Stop, bad fabricator, BAD FABRICATOR!

I don't know if you're trying to make a rug or if the fabricator is trying to make a rug out of you, love 🤭

Oh hello there dresser. You shall be handy when we have an actual house.

Zara: Yay a dresser!

Oh wow Zara you might want to clean up, you are *ahem* colorful.

So I asked Zara to clean up and change her clothes, queueing a few actions such as eating and washing up, we must after all take advantage of the community space while we are here and so she decided to do this...

My sim can't eat and text or call someone on the phone. They also can't relax on a chaise or bed and use their phone but they can eat and brush their teeth... Really? REALLY EAXIS? 🤦‍♀️

Just because you are homeless doesn't mean you can't bathe and exercise and even catch a drink at the local spa.

It doesn't seem like Zara is letting her awful date get to her, she's a tough cookie!

Tips on how to go AND not to go about love day:

DO get inspired by the fact that it is love day

DO accept a date with the person you think is quite handsome

DON'T arrive to said date smelling like used socks after a gym practice

DON'T arrive at said date with a face mask on looking both silly and broke since you spent hard earned simoleons on that

...In case you were wondering who asked Zara on a date 🤭

I set Zara to be bisexual and was waiting to see who would ring her up from the great amount of people she has met so far and our Johnny boy here was the first.

The look on Zara's face tells me she approves. But on closer inspection....

What on holy llamas happened to your eyelashes, the butterflies ate them away??

So I had them get to know each other better and enjoy their little date, but somehow things started to go awry after a while, which confused the heck out of me

Zara especially felt very confused and sad

And not only that but he went ahead and autonomously friendzoned us! The audacity!

Zara: But... I thought he liked me. He must have liked me to ask me on a date, right Sim-god?

Well, Sims work in mysterious ways clearly

Love day finished with Zara making a small wish on the fountain to someday find that special someone for her 💚
