I won this CoverGirl Plumpify mascara after participating in the Influenster CoverGirl mascara contest. I wore this today while out in the middle of a winter storm. Despite it not being waterproof, it held up well. It reminds me of their Clump Crusher mascara, only a differently shaped wand. Lots of lift, separation, and volume. Very impressed with this! Note: I was not paid to review this product. All opinions are my own.
