Back up to 238.9 this morning. Sooo close to 10lbs regained!
Night 5? (I think 😅) of nightly stuffings until I'm back at the top of my weight class. 236 this morning. Only 3 more lbs to 10 lbs regained.
Lost a little weight but still round
Somehow ended up only 233.5 after eating all weekend so I'm stepping up my intake throughout the day this week, and continuing the nightly stuffings at least through the meet this Saturday.
I competed this last Saturday and weighed in ~235 on Friday despite my best efforts to get back to 242. Nationals sold out the night before the meet, and I didn't end up hitting the qualifying total I needed. So I have plenty of time to gain before my next meet. Taking a full week out of the gym and another week of stuffing before I start tracking my meals again.
Here's night one after a triple cheeseburger, curly fries, mozzarella sticks, a grilled cheese and a half, 3 beers, and 3 cookies.
Night 6. Woke up 238 this morning. I had to get some dental work done so I didn't eat as much throughout the day today, but I ended the night with a big water bloat to at least keep pushing my capacity. I love how round I'm getting.
Stuffed post super bowl belly. Weighed in at 235 this morning. Nightly stuffings continue until I'm back to 242+
Weighed 234.7 this morning. Ate a lot more throughout the day today so hopefully I'll be heavier again tomorrow.
