YEP and this being good ole American High School(tm) that meant PE every day which also meant I was doing things like pushups on it.....though it wasn't my dominant hand at least. I'm honestly amazed I didn't cause some kind of permanent damage

I have done this many times. Once I broke three fingers and just wrapped toilet paper on them and called it a day

How do you guys even do this? I’ve been bitching and moaning about my wrist for this entire week of having it sprained. I am weak.
