I have the feeling this is the same scene, We see Shi/Lilac antagonize Madoka but gets disrupted by Kyouko breaking in ( Notice the red door and water ) Then it looks like Lilac glances over annoyed at her, Not sure about the timing but the backrounds convince me its linked.
This also reminds me of the time Kyouko protected Madoka from Oktavia which is another aquatic witch huh...
