Pink Nicotine was created because there are far too many sites out there that are created by the admin, really only for the admin. The members that join are expected to fit themselves into the admin's plots if they want to get any real movement with their characters, and that is if their plot idea is even accepted, which can be scary and intimidating to put forth when you are a brand new member. We strive to be as far from that as possible. We want everyone to feel welcome, and like this is a home where they feel just as important as everyone else, and their character is given the same amount of attention (relative to activity) as everyone else's. Therefore, we have come up with a mission statement we expect each and everyone of our staff members to adhere to. Every member is important, no one's plot is more important than anyone else's, and to be inclusive, you need to be able to accept that not everyone thinks like you do, or enjoys the same things as you do, and that's okay. We promise to live by this mission statement, and if one of us fail to do so, we will fully expected to be called out on it by another member of staff or just a member of the site. We are all equal, the staff team is simply here to keep things running, pay the bills, and give you guys fun and exciting new reasons to keep rping!
