Mercedes knew she was out of line for talking to Sam like that, but she was so angry at him. After his voicemail, Mercedes thought for sure she was going to have to tell her son that his father was going to come back home. But there he was just minutes ago on her computer screen. Angrily clicking the green phone, she waited for his face to appear before her's: Hurry up and answer the call Sam.

Well, I have tomorrow off and I think it's only right I order a big pizza for dinner because I am not in the mood to eat anything that's without grease or large amounts of fat.

 Opening the door she was surprised to find her son sitting up, a thoughtful look on his face. God, if he didn't look like his father. The same glint in his eye, his hair right thrown haphazardly in his eyes, and his lips slightly parted, a small Sam Evans. The sight made her stop in her tracks and just watch him. She wondered what was on his mind. Was he thinking about his dad? Was he wondering why she seemed so sad during parts of the day? Or was he just thinking about trying to watch Finding Nemo again? 

"Jay? Hey little man," crossing the threshold she spoke again, "Joel, you there?"

I have an announcement to make!!

As of tonight, Blaine and I are officially engaged!

We'll either be having a Spring or a Fall wedding, depending on how busy our schedules are. Not much else is planned at the moment, but just know that we'd love to have all of you there, if you can make it.

So my day of fun was interrupted by my boss at Boulevard3 calling me to come in. Even though the club is closed during the week. Dude sounded far from happy.
