Townieville by Marticoresims Subhoodified

Awhile back, @marticoresims came up with the idea of making families and homes for the Pleasantview townies, and I thought that was very cool. I thought it would be fun to have what she created in my Pleasantview instead of leaving its townies in immortal purgatory.

This is a subhood (N007), so it will go in your C:/ (or wherever you set up your games)/Program Files (x86):/ EA Games/The Sims 2 Open for Business/ (or if you have the EA version I think it might be in the Fun With Pets Folder under EP3)/TSData/Res/NeighborhoodTemplate. This subhood will NOT show up without this mod by Mootilda.

All credit goes to Marticore, and thank you to @alienara-simblr for teaching me how to do this in Sim PE! It's much appreciated. :-)

Hi, VK! Do you have another link to Trendy's poseboxes? Momento-Sims' link works, but when I go to download it, SFS throws an error. Thank you for your help. :-)

Hello pockethamster! :-D oh no, I get the same error. I sent an email to Nysha (SFS), will update when they reply. In the meantime, is anyone able to download trendy's poseboxes from memento's link? Or have it? Please re-upload if you do!

You're welcome! I remembered an old custom content site I use regularly, and I would recommend checking out XMSims. It has a crazy amount of old popular hairs.

I wanted to mention it before I was distracted by a spontaneous penny on the sidewalk and forgot to tell you about it lol.

Honestly xmsims hairs hold up surprisingly well, even the older ones. Idk why but back in the day I never downloaded anything from the "Simmer Valley" section, there's a lot of really cute sims there.

As per your (and @peridotlionheart's) request, Gabriel is now up for download! 💙

As for his wife Selena, I'm afraid I don't have her in my game anymore... The last time I played her for real was around 2012, but that hood went bust and I don't think I have a backup. The sim that was featured in my recent Not-so-Simtober pic was just a placeholder rather than the real Selena (that's why she's facing away from the camera!)

Admittedly, I have been toying with the idea of re-creating Selena sometime in the future, even if she won't be able to make a real appearance in Wyvern's Bay. If/once I do, I'll be sure to share her! 😊
