Dorky theatre kid ramblings
Basically rn I'm backstage at Jack And The Beanstalk, we've been working on this panto since October and it's the interval of the second to last performance and I'm just really emotional about it bc I'm a nerd. This is honestly one of the best performances I've ever had the pleasure to be involved in, panto isn't really my thing at but I have honest to god loved every minute of it. We've had long rehearsals and it's kind of been exhausting, plus me and my friend Sarah (pocketpoo) are the eldest in the ensemble cast which is a little more difficult but it's still been great. The principles are played by adults who are all so genuinely nice it's kind of upsetting I won't get to see them after today because, overall, this is one of the best, most welcoming, closest and kindest casts I've ever been a member of. I'm genuinely so proud of all of us and I'm definitely going to cry after the final performance tonight.
