Due to high increase of electricity bills in several months. Lot of consumers are declining and murmuring about their situation. The high rates of electricity bills are so devastating to the life and living of every people. Yet no one is excused to this economical phenomenon ,whether rich or poor people are have the same questions , thoughts regarding to the problems. Especially that in this new times of pandemic era where lot of evolution and changes occurs in the life and living of every Filipino. The changes on the high prices of goods, to the problems of work demands. Now they problematic about their monthly electricity bills that so high in price. They addresses the same common problem about the high electricity bills. That's why lot of people in certain areas uses different methods to address their problems such as buying /using solar panel ,solar lights ,lessen their electricity activities that could possibly enlarge their electric consumption, avoidance of needless things especially if it is allotting high electricity charges their bills. The expectation of the people to use electricity for the feasibility of their daily activities. Will now become the biggest part of their vulnerability. Therefore, the problems of the people is basically on the “Side of the light” and not in the dark. Therefore, this idea aims to use the light/sunlight to supplements for darkness in an artistic way. To solve and address this problem my team been in a queries and research, but the idea of “ Alternative Bleach Bottle Light” win on the auction and debate.It aims to have alternative use to the problem of electricity bills in the manner of it's feasibility ,eco friendly ,and affordability. This alternative bleach bottle had been tested a million times on different side of the Manila, Philippines and different areas. As it is mechanize by Alfred Moser on 2002 like a deck prism in a wooden ship, it is to address how to lighten up the home during day without high consumption of electricity.
The feasibility of the creation to the idea: It is simplify as it is ,more than our thoughts because it is just mixing of water ( a clean one) on a tiny bit of bleach. Scientifically speaking the purpose of bleach was to resolve the algal growth in the water. Also for good refraction of sunlight for the water.
The affordability of the idea: Since lot of Filipino are so obsessed about affordability. This idea creates affordability , durability,and value. To create this in a mixture of 1.5 waste bottle, a clean water, and a bleach.
The eco-friendly and product saver idea: This idea is an eco-friendly since it uses waste bottle in every homes that can be turn into innovation and functional purposes. We can create and change the world in a low cost but in an aspiration to create change, starting at your home.
Since lot of Families in different areas had the same problems about electricity. We created and came up into pursuing the idea of Alfred Moser to lighten up the world to illuminate the house during daytime without large consumption of electric bills.

I interviewed some of the owner of the houses around simple certain areas. In a primitive way of getting information or data. Survey , questioners and interviews, the data are being quantitative related to one problem. Also they sums up different reasons and effect due to high electricity bills. Then, also on how to address the problem in a simple way. 17 kw/h are mostly stated number. They also reason out the causes which is lot of appliances, shortage of electricity,demand and high price of gasoline, oil prices. Also to stress out the effect it affected their life in comely, shortage of purchasing power and sacrificing things to solve the high electricity bills. That's why on alternative bleach bottle light are very suitable to Filipino primary homes or urban style houses.

Group Cooperation: “ To have great idea comes from having a good question”. Our cooperation first bound to our questions and being battled by our ideas provided by answer. To fix our ideas and address problems, our action must be first implemented.
Researching of Information: Related literature study from valuable sources, Interview, and observations regarding to our idea and the problem of household electricity bills.
Interviews: Are being done in different participants which mostly shares the same problems in terms of electricity. But for further information, interview and more bias observation must be done . Also to be added testing of hypothesis and application of innovation or service will be followed. This is a service centric idea that basically provides people's the alternative use to their light bulb during day light. It is followed by the teams queries, debate, and battle of idea & claims base on the objective of our proposal. That provides as the best option to choose with. That is the “Bleach bottle light ” because of the benefits and feasibility of it, also the community commonality problem that aims to be address by this idea.
