Not any more stiff or painful than after PT. Less than I expected after jogging yesterday
In PT today:
Fire hydrant, squats, single leg pogo jump, trx squat jumps, trx alternating lunge jumps, push/pull sled (105#?), leg press - single leg with 25# and double leg 55#
BFR SAQ and split lunges
135deg easy smooth flexion with goni
