- warm up

- 10# goblet squat 3x10

- 10# each hand, static fwd step position, weight on front leg, 3x10 rows

- SLB alternating UE reaching out laterally 3x10

- BFR: 30:15:15:15 with 30sec rest, 145mmHg

- x25 B calf raises

- 30min on assault bike

- ice at home

- also squeezed my glutes hard this AM and totally heard a loud clunk of my R SIJ popping. Had felt off for a while since the surgery. Felt better after
