- slacked on the range but did iso quads and SLR randomly throughout the day

- I do rly want to start going to the gym again with my buds so I can continue strengthening the rest of my body as well. I’m a social gym goer. Zero intrinsic. All about the QT + added strength benefits of gym. Would not be going if I wasn’t on a free gym buddy pass that forces you to go with other ppl
